Our technical team monitor all transactions that we receive and also work closely with our merchant banks and our independent fraud screening companies.

In the unlikely event a product has an incorrect price Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse your order. This also applies if your order has been received by us and confirmed by our head office. Furthermore, if your credit card has been charged we will immediately refund back on to your card which you made the payment with, the full amount. If this situation arises Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) will email you as soon as it has come to our knowledge by email.

In addition our prices are adjusted on a daily basis, this due to the currency deficit and price purchasing value changes. We will not be able to match or make any changes or adjustments on an item you may have previously purchased from this web site.

In the unlikely event an item occurs a problem Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) offer a free repair or replace service on items purchased within 30 days from date of purchase. All handbags, bags, messenger bags are covered only. All items must be sent back to us Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) at our head office address. We will then arrange to have your item sent for a free repair service trial, if this solution is not viable, then Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) will issue a full refund or replace the pruduct with a new one. Once we have confirmation of the status of your item we will email you with the repair/replace/refund timescale. In most cases repairs take between 3-5 weeks. You must forward your request to us at office@luxdesign.com.cnThis email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it as soon as possible detailing the problem with your item, please include your name, address, account id and your invoice number from when you place the order. As soon as we receive your request, we will respond within two working days.

Any repair requests after 30 days from date of purchase Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) offer a chargeable repair service on handbags, bags and messenger bags only. PLEASE NOTE - This service is a chargeable repair service. A price quote for the cost of repairs can only be issued once we receive the item for inspection. In most cases repairs take between 3-5 weeks.

Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) do not offer any merchandise warranties as offered by the brand company for any items we sell. Our own company return policy applies however. Please note that we do not restock returned items for sell on our website.

Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.com.cn) including its employees and/or directors and/or any associated representatives will not be liable for any damages, loss of income and/or profit and/or any third party claims and/or damages and/or loss of property.
